By booking I agree to the following:

- Balance is due the day of your party, and must be paid by cash, visa or mastercard, We do NOT accept checks, American Express, or Discover, credit cards have a 3% processing fee, this does not apply to debit cards.

- $75 deposit is non-refundable

- All party packages require a minimum of 9 kids to be paid for, birthday child is included in the total

- All children between the ages of 3 and 17 attending the party will be included in the party towards the total guest count.

- We provide seating for the kids in the parties only

- Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled party time, no party will be allowed in more than 10 minutes before their party time

- No outside food or drink except cake, ice cream and cupcakes

- We provide a solid-colored tablecloth with plates, cups, and napkins. You may bring in your own additional decorations. (Backdrops, piñatas, and confetti are not permitted.) Please bring plates, napkins, and forks/spoons for dessert; we provide them for pizza only.

- Adults who are not skating are admitted free. Adults who are skating are charged $4 + rental

- Siblings/kids who are not part of the party pay full price for the session, and must pay even if they are not skating

- Invitations are available online to download and print (astroskatingcenter.com)

- You will receive a 10% discount off skate sales from now until a week after your party

- Your party and the session will end at 8pm, which is also when we close for the night
